"My Body Is My Temple." Is It Really?
One of the most common phrases is, "My body is my temple."
This line is used in a variety of ways to essentially say that your body is the number one thing that needs to be taken care of, and that it is the most important thing because,
without your body, what are you left with?
Well... what are you left with?
Who runs this "temple"?
And is your body a temple, or a jail?
This, and much, much more of course on this week's livestream with
special guest John Swiercinsky.
I WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOU TODAY.
